My gaming time has been split between World of Warcraft and Fallout 3 lately. The former title is fun as always; I'm about six or seven bubbles of experience away from hitting 78, and I am still just loving the quest structure in WotLK. I've played quite a bit of WoW over the weekend, working my way through the Borean Tundra and upgrading my gear through quest rewards. I am pleased that at least one piece of gear, my Justicebringer 2000 goggles, are still superior to the helms that drop in that zone ( Read more... )

Hit level 70 this evening. I'm amazed by how fast the XP flows in Northrend; I'm just now moving beyond Valiance Keep in the Borean Tundra, and that got me from the end of 68 through to 70. By the time I finish this zone, I may be 71 or 72. I haven't decided if I want to try out Howling Fjord, or if I want to save that for my second character in ( Read more... )

I cannot comment on the content in Northrend in the new expansion, mostly because I'm not high enough level to experience it yet (besides a very, very brief foray up to the Borean Tundra to see it).
